What is the return policy of AncientHerbsIndia.com?

We want to ensure that you have hassle free shopping with us, for that we have generated our return policy for you. If you want to return the purchased products then mails us on contact@ancientherbsindia.com feel free.

Our customer care will response you within 24 Hours on higher priority.  You will receive a call explaining process, once you have initiated return.

After confirm the return processes our logistics or courier service will receive the parcel from your door. If we do not have facility in your area to receive the parcel at your door then you can return the parcel through any third party courier service, courier fee will be borne by us.

We will initiate the refund in your bank account within 7 working days, when you do not want to purchase the products on replacement of your return.

Note: - Return policy will be applicable only on those products whose have return policy agreement by seller or AncientHerbsIndia.com.
